We offer a 14-day period during which customers may return their package if it arrives damaged. These 14 days begin once the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within this 14-day period.
Return Conditions
Since each item is uniquely crafted for our customers, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged. All returned items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and include all original tags.
For sale items, we do not offer refunds.
